Reservation & Cancellation Policy

At Kanesaka Hong Kong, we welcome you to bring your own wine, sake, or spirits to complement your dining experience. To ensure a seamless experience for all our patrons, we have established the following policy:

1. Wine and Sake Corkage Fees:
– Bottles with a capacity of 750ml or below: $500 per bottle.
– Bottles with a capacity of 1800ml or 1500ml: $1,000 per bottle.

2. Spirits Corkage Fee:
For spirits, regardless of bottle size, the corkage fee is $1,000 per bottle.

3. Special Offer:
To show our appreciation for your choice to dine with us, we offer a special promotion – Buy one same-size wine or sake bottle and waive the corkage fee for the second bottle. (This promotion is subject to availability and applicable to bottles with a capacity of 750ml or below.)

4. No Cake Cutting Fee:
We are delighted to help you celebrate special occasions with your own cake. Kanesaka Hong Kong does not charge a fee for cake cutting. Please let us know how we can assist in making your celebration even more memorable.

We kindly request that you inform our staff of any bottles you intend to bring upon making your reservation or upon arrival at the restaurant. Our team will be pleased to assist you in ensuring your corkage experience is as enjoyable as possible.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for your understanding that cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation date, same-day cancellations, no-shows, reductions in the number of guests, or late arrivals exceeding one hour will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the menu price.
